Sweet and Salty Maple Chai Granola

Today I’ve got the autumn vibe covered with a Sweet and Salty Maple Chai Granola. It’s a dynamite combo of oats, nuts, chai spice and maple syrup that virtually shouts "Summer’s over!" Grrrr. How long have I been on weight watchers?

Long enough that I just read a post with someone referring to a Danish person and Immediately wanted a danish covered in frosting with cherries on it. I wish I was joking. 17lbs down 17lbs down 17lbs down I just repeat to myself as a mantra of good vibes to try to keep willpower. submitted by /u/UsidoreTheLightBlue [link] [comments] from Proven weight loss success since 1963...now with 10% more Oprah https://ift.tt/2o3LXPF

8 Reasons Why You Never Want To Have Sex Anymore

There are a bunch of obvious reasons why you might not want to have sex on any given night: you've had a hell of a day at work (long bath > sex), you're dealing with a bout of depression or anxiety, you haven't slept a full eight hours in a week. You get the idea. It all boils down to the fact that sometimes you just don't have the desire or energy to get naked and roll around. How Much Coffee Is Too Much Coffee? Here’s What Experts And Studies Say

Raise your hand if you've ever wondered whether you drink too much coffee...while sipping on your third cup before noon. There's no denying that double-shots are just plain necessary some mornings (ahem, Mondays), but where do you draw the line between healthy coffee consumption and being totally strung out? Is it even possible to have too much coffee? The answer is actually a little more complicated than you’d think — so read up before ordering your next Grande cup. Do you set weight loss incentives for yourself?

I did wonderfully on weight watchers several years ago but I’ve since come back and the program has changed and so has my life so I’m not as motivated as I once was. I’ve decided to set 10 pound rewards for myself. Things like a pedicure or getting my car detailed, and they gradually get better/nicer the more weight I lose. Has anyone else tried and succeeded doing this, along with weight watchers? submitted by /u/SuperGurlToTheRescue [link] [comments] from Proven weight loss success since 1963...now with 10% more Oprah https://ift.tt/2oMIWUj

Back on the proverbial wagon.

I’m staring weight watchers again tomorrow for the billionth time. How can I be successful and stick with it for more than a month or two? How can I convince myself to walk more. I always think I’ll walk on my lunch or when I get home with my dog and son.... but I never do. Tracking grocery store samples?

Howdy! I’m in my fourth week of WW and have lost about 9 1/2 lbs so far. I’m REALLY loving the program. I’m wondering if and how anyone tracks samples they get on a weekend trip to Costco or Sams Club. I go every weekend for my bulk la croix and chicken breast (I’m a woman of few wants) and sample freely regardless of how many points a full size version of that thing would be. Tbh, I haven’t been tracking them at all and I’ve still been seeing results even with one meal a week that makes me dip into my weeklies (this gal needs something real carby every now and then). I’m certainly not opposed to tracking the samples so I can be as accurate as possible in my points. Does anyone have tips or tricks for determining how many tricks a sample would be? submitted by /u/feministdachshunds [link] [comments] from Proven weight loss success since 1963...now with 10% more Oprah https://ift.tt/2mKxNCZ

A question about gaining

I've been surfing around the WW Reddit (some posts quite old) and I see some posts I really don't understand. For example, one person saying something like, "I messed up and went over my points, I chose to eat gummy bears. At the end of the week I'd gained 4 lbs." Or, "I had a donut, the next day I'd gained 1 lb." From what I understand, a lb of fat is about 3,500 calories. I don't think a donut would top 1,000, and I don't see someone eating 14,000 calories worth of gummy bears. What am I missing? Are people fretting over water weight? submitted by /u/CierraEstelle [link] [comments] from Proven weight loss success since 1963...now with 10% more Oprah https://ift.tt/2myU4DD
