Back on the proverbial wagon.

I’m staring weight watchers again tomorrow for the billionth time. How can I be successful and stick with it for more than a month or two? How can I convince myself to walk more. I always think I’ll walk on my lunch or when I get home with my dog and son.... but I never do.

I don’t know how to be motivated and strong willed!
