Yep! Lost 1.4 for post thanksgiving weigh in... Post Christmas I was up .06 but that was my monthly fluctuation. I lose 4 or 6 wks. In a row then go up .4 to 1.4 it's just a more manageable plan for me.this way.....next time.I do this will be my birthday in april.
