What did you guys eat today

Breakfast: An activia yogurt (that’s all I had to work)

Lunch: Jerk Salmon with red onions, green peppers, cauliflower rice.... this would have been a 0 pointer if it wasn’t for the olive oil so I added a Kings Hawaiian roll and a piece of cheddar on the side

Snack: Strawberries and whipped cream sprinkled with cinnamon added a graham cracker for some razzle dazzle

Dinner: Tuna salad with celery, red onion, mayo baby spinach, cucumbers, olives, air fried pita chips, and tomatoes

Last snack: Fudge Keebler cookies (6 points)

I’m on day 2 I have done weight watchers once before I think it’s the best diet ever!
