Green plan length

New to weight watchers. Tomorrow is my two weeks and second weigh in. Just curious how you know when/if you should move to a different plan or if WW even works like that. I have only been on Atkins/Keto in the past and there was always an intense phase for the first couple weeks or so and then a follow up type phase and then a maintenance phase. is WW the same? After awhile should I move to less restrictive phase? Thanks for the answers in advance!
