Starting on Monday

Hello, new friends! I signed up for the online program on Thursday and have been researching and planning the last couple days, I went grocery shopping tonight and am going to work on meal prep tomorrow. Fully starting tracking points and all on Monday. The first of the month being a Monday feels like a good omen to me!

I have a good 50lbs to lose, which is daunting. I feel ready but I’m nervous to fail. I did intermittent fasting last year and only managed to lose 15lbs in 6 months. I would lose 1-2lbs during the week and sabotage myself on weekends often resulting in gaining and losing the same few lbs for a couple weeks before I managed to slowly shave off 15. I’m hoping that weeklies will help with that this go around.

How many pounds did you all lose in your first week? How many the first month?

Any word of encouragement?
