Looking for an HONEST opinion
I’m considering signing up for WW again. My issue ALWAYS falls on how difficult it is to track. I make a lot of things from scratch— even down to the stock that I cook with.
That aside, The changes to the plans raise an eyebrow and I’ve heard that people aren’t losing as much weight.
Thoughts?
