Am I hurting myself by working out?
I am on weight watchers and I have been sticking to it quite well, I believe, I tend to be left a good bit of points left and I am on the green plan with seditary lifestyle set fyi. I decided I wanted to be a little more active and have recently began walking, jogging, and mild weight lifting that are no more five pound hand bells. I've heard that that lifting weights adds some weight due to muscle mass but will it even out eventually or should I just follow just the points system only, slow down my route or ect. Any advice is appreciated. Also I am male with a weight of 299.8lb (138 kg for the majority of you in the world).
