Weight Loss Charms

WW newbie here... when I lost my first 5lbs I was so excited when I got my charm in the mail. Seeing it is like a little piece of motivation!

I’m now down a total of 12lbs. So I guess my question is.... how often do they send charms? I would love to have a 10lb one.
