SO thrilled!
I'm a diabetic and have been watching my glucoses go up especially since the quarantine began. Figured it was just decreased activity. As my weight has been going up, I decided to rejoin WW on Sat night to get back under control. Last night and today I had premeal glucose levels which are nondiabetic! Apparently my body REALLY likes this way of eating. Just thrilled!
