Month 3 Slump
Hey all! So I just hit the two full month mark last week. I've been losing weight slowly but steadily, down about 15 pounds so far. This is my second time trying WW and the first time it's really stuck. I was doing great, few cravings, staying on track, minus some drinking and snacks which I typically track. I don't know what changed but since this weekend I feel like my old habits are sneaking back in. I'm not even necessarily craving foods but, I have the urge to snack and say fuck it to the program. Anyone have advice for getting past this before I get off track? TIA!
