New, anyone have tips?
Hey guys! I’m new to WW and was wondering if anyone has any tips. I started my weight loss journey in September and I’ve lost almost 30 lbs. It’s been slow, but I’d rather it be slow and I’m able to maintain it. I was calorie counting and intermittent fasting for a while, but now I’m on WW blue. Might incorporate IF back in, but I’m not sure yet. Now that the gyms are closed I’ve been trying to go on walks and do home workouts, but my motivation is hardly there. Any tips for how to be successful on WW? I’m 5’5” and currently 142 lbs. My goal is 130 or 125. I’d like to reach that goal by June, but seeing how slow my weight loss has been, I’m not too optimistic.
