Struggling with the scale

I have had such a tough time losing weight on WW. Last year, I started it and lost 7lbs which was significant because I've been trying to lose 15-20 lbs. However, I gained it back before losing all the weight. I have recently been very motivated to lose the weight but I feel like the scale will lot budge. I have been at this for one month consistently but longer inconsistently. Today, I feel like my face looks thinner but the scale isn't moving. Anyone else experience this? I've been tracking calories as well to make sure I'm not overdoing the zero point foods yet. Any advice?
