Adding more fat to increase satiation
Has anyone experimented with adding more sources of healthy fats in order to stay satiated longer? I feel that WW sometimes (whether intentional or not) lends people to “fear the fat”.
I’m primarily asking because I keep going negative in my weeklies due to empty snacks such as crackers, skinny pop, etc. To be honest, fruit and veg also sucks at filling me up.
