I Made Dinner!
Since re-starting Weight Watchers, I've noticed that I will plan out a menu for the week, shop for it, and then ACTUALLY COOK IT when I get home! For me, this is a huge win as I was previously queen of the "I'm exhausted and ordering a pizza" group. My waistline and budget have thanked me.
Anyone else have any unexpected ways in which WW has made your life better?
