Nightshift works on WW - advice needed!

I occasionally work nightshifts (2030-0530), this can be once a week for a month or just one night in 3 months. I find I'm carb loading before a nightshift so I can stay awake, eating throughout the night and then during the following day. How do those who work nightshifts manage to stick to a WW diet?
