Newbie Needing Help

I started weight watchers about two months ago but have not had much progress. I have a serious addiction to sugary Starbucks drinks and treats. I would like to cut out the starbucks completely. How have others cut out there go-to's?

Also, I have followed a few WW folks on Instagram such as skinnyish dish. How do I find the recipe when they post?
