I just DON'T get the point system...
For dinner today, my meal was 4 points.
4 points sounds great. But then you count the calories, and it was around 750!
The meal was a mix of chickpeas, black beans, pasta sauce, and a little cheese. Doesn't sound like a very healthy meal "but it was only 4 points."
How is anyone supposed to lose weight when their calorie intake is HIDDEN through the point system?
