Rejoined WW
So I lost a ton of weight on WW last year, but then they changed the whole point system with more zero food and well, I gained some / a lot of the weight I had lost back.
Then I joined Noom - thinking maybe the psychological approach would be better - wrong. I was on it for a while and it just didn't work for me.
So I'm back. I'll give it go. It worked once, hopefully WW will work again. Any tricks to the new zero point system? At the end of the day, even zero point foods have calories.
