newbie looking for advice
Hey y’all! Just recently started weight watchers and looking for a little advice or encouragement. I find that I’m super hungry during the day with the meals I’m eating for lunch and dinner. Does this go away? What are things that y’all eat that you find filling with low points? I like to save most of my points for dinner and stick with low point breakfast and lunch but nothing low or zero points has been filling me up.
