Newbie Question
Hello fellow WW'ers!
I am new to this and getting used to tracking and picking better choices etc. Has anyone started and felt like their points budget was too low? I know on one hand it seems so low b/c I'm just getting started and need to adapt but on the other, when I think of MFP and similar my calorie budget goes down as my weight does. If they start me at the minimum what happens as I lose? I cant find a way to adjust my budget and I know they've got this stuff down to a science but just wondering what anyone who has more experience thinks or has done
Do I just trust and go with it?
