How did you do for the month of January?

How much weight did you lose (or gain)? Did you maintain? Any major NSV(s) worth noting? Any new things you implemented or tried out?

I lost 15.8 pounds - I started back with the program around the first of January. I realized after Christmas I was in really bad shape and I couldn’t stand the physical and mental pain of morbid obesity any longer. I’m so glad I started this journey. I’ve never known a life without obesity but I’m determined to finally experience that!
