Stuck in Vacation
I’ve been on WW since October of 2016. I’m down 80lbs but I am stuck and frustrated. I went on vacation a few weeks ago and made decent decisions, but since I have been home, my decisions have been terrible. I keep finding a different excuse, and I need to cut the crap. Any suggestions on how I should hit the reset button? I need to get my motivation back before I gain anymore weight!
