FDA approves the first drug derived from marijuana

New research out of Duke University has revealed an unlikely weapon in the battle against aggressive brain cancer glioblastoma: the once-dreaded poliovirus. CBS News medical contributor Dr. David Agus joins "CBS This Morning: Saturday" to discuss the potential new treatment and the first FDA-approved drug made from an active ingredient in marijuana.
