Hey y'all! I have been on WW for 7 weeks and have lost 17 pounds already! But I'd like to step it up so I don't see the losses taper off. Right now I'm averaging about 125-150 activity points a week as a 28 year old male who weighs in the mid 200's. Ive lost weight before by running a lot so it's not that I don't know how to stay active, I'm just trying to get a guage on how I am doing with the WW system. Does anyone know of any WW suggestions on activity points or a way I can set an attainable, but still challenging goal that will help?
